ECOMB has signed an agreement with MultiSimplex regarding project co-operation. The purpose
of the agreement is to widen our range of products and thereby increase the volume of sales,
principally on the Swedish market.
MultiSimplex AB is a young and growing company which develops and sells technical solutions
as well as software for the optimization of processes, products and instruments. Their
customers can be found within heat- and power producers, the pulp & paper industry, the
chemical process industry as well as the pharmaceutical- and food industry. MultiSimplex
deliver systems for continues optimization of processes where the main component is the
software OMM (Online MultiSimplex Module). The software MultiSimplex is already used within
research and development in over 25 countries around the world. The company's stocks are
registered on the Swedish market place Innovationsmarknaden.
The Ecotube-system of ECOMB AB and the OMM system of MultiSimplex can, independent of each
other, considerably improve the combustion process in larger boilers. When combined, the two
systems create possibilities in reaching even greater environmental and financial benefits.
ECOMB AB will act as a representative for MultiSimplex and market the OMM-system to
different plants. Initially, marketing will be towards a selected number of plants.
MultiSimplex and ECOMB will thereafter continue to evaluate the possibilities for an
extended co-operation.
